Terms & Conditions of Service for Transformation Membership

This service is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Transformation Membership service. Registering and/or participating in Transformation Membership service is a confirmation that you are over 18 years old and that you accept the terms herein.

Transformation will not, without permission, pass any information disclosed by you in Transformation Membership to any third party companies.

1. Transformation reserves the right to edit any content you submit.

2. You agree not to transmit "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters", or unsolicited mass distribution of email to other Transformation Members, or to use the Service for any commercial or advertising purposes.

3. You agree not to transmit any unlawful, harassing, libelous, privacy invading, sexually and/or racially offensive, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material of any kind to any other Transformation Members.

4. You agree not to use Transformation Membership for any commercial purposes.

5. You agree not to post, transmit or otherwise use any copyrighted content without express permission of the owner of that information.

6. You agree to be solely responsible for the contents, quality and accuracy of the information of your personal ad.

7. You agree not to impersonate any other person.

8. You agree not to indemnify and hold Transformation harmless, its officers and employees, from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, costs, damages or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from the user's use of or participation in this service or the information contained thereon.

9. You agree to assume all risk and/or responsibility for any material, physical or mental loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the use of this service.

10. You agree to be solely responsible for all criminal charges resulting from use of this service including direct charges and indirect charges.

11. You agree not to interfere or attempt to interfere with the operation of the Site in any way through any means or device including but not limited to, spamming, hacking, uploading computer viruses or time bombs, or by use of the means expressly prohibited by any provision of these terms and conditions.

If Transformation believes that there is any misuse or violation of the above terms and conditions, Transformation has the right to terminate without notice, at its sole discretion, your Membership, and everything associated with it. Transformation will have the final word in any disagreements between Members and the company concerning Transformation.

You, the Member hereby acknowledge, understand and agree that all of the information disclosed by you to Transformation has been disclosed freely and knowingly.
