How can I get a very flat crotch area so that you can't tell there is anything there. How do you do it?

When you where born everything is up inside the abdomen. Now years later, the cavity is still there. In the pictures your have seen the people may have tucked everything back up inside this cavity. Mostly the opening to the cavity is large enough to move the tissue up into the cavity without any problem and then if not held in place, the tissue falls back into the normal position.
