Andrea's Diary (Part 6)

As mentioned in my last diary I had arranged to meet a new Photographer interested in doing a Studio shoot.

Back to the changing and on with my current favourite dress. Removing the tape from my chest and repositioning my silicones, substituting the stockings with tights, and the courts with 6" heel sandals I slipped into my black leather halter neck ultra mini dress.

This is an absolute stunner and my remaining poses standing and on the floor were great fun - although as it was so short I often had to preserve my modesty!

Our time was now up and I headed back to the changing room to change into my clothes to wear back to Transformation. I grabbed a coffee with my photographer at the studio and we made our arrangements to meet up in a few weeks to review the proofs of our labours.

I walked back to Transformation and despite feeling the effects of my cold I hoped our shoot had been worthwhile. A good sign is if you get back and you are absolutely shattered with your body aching - this means you have worked hard at the poses and they are not just going to be a set of 'snaps'.

I met up with Don a few weeks later for a coffee in London - I went dressed of course! - and we reviewed the proofs. These are basically very small copies of each photo straight from the negative, as the camera Don was using (as with most Professionals is the 70mm format, not 35mm as you or I would use). These colour proofs are almost like mini prints, although to check the detail you need to use a magnifier.

We selected the photos that we wanted to have enlarged for possible future use, this Diary and a few for my Portfolio. Hopefully the photos you see accompanying this Diary gives you some idea of the fun and thrill of a shoot, and hopefully inspire you to have a try (contact me if you want details of contacting Don).
