Silicone Hip and Bottom Shaper Insurance Policy
These specified Silicone/Hip Bottom forms are covered by this warranty for life, against defects in material or workmanship and accidental damage. This warranty specifically excludes damage that in our opinion is caused by alterations or use of any adhesives or cleaners not specified for use by ourselves. This warranty is limited to a single replacement of the original specified purchase and does not include the cost of inured courier delivery.
